- For Best selection and ease of service, please place your order early. We strongly recommend you arrive at your requested pickup time.
- Bring a copy of your order with you as well as your order number, which will be assigned to you.
- Your order will be packed in disposable containers. We suggest bringing an empty cooler yo keep your whole freshly roasted turkey warm during transit.
How to Reheat Your Feast:
Turkey:
- In the Oven: 250 degrees: 45 minutes to 1 hour (no longer)
- Microwave Instructions*: Not recommended
Beef Wellington:
- In the Oven: Reheat: 275 degrees: 30 minutes
- In the Oven: Bake to Cook: 350 degrees: 35 minutes
- Microwave Instructions*: Not recommended
Braised Short Ribs:
- In the Oven: 350 degrees: 15 minutes to 20 minutes
- Microwave Instructions*: Not recommended
Mashed Potatoes, Yams and Stuffing:
- In the Oven: 275 degrees: 20 minutes to 30 minutes
- Microwave Instructions*: 10-12 minutes or until hot
Green Beans and other Vegetables:
- In the Oven: 250 degrees: 15 minutes to 20 minutes
- Microwave Instructions*: 2-3 minutes
Brie en Croute:
- In the Oven: 250 degrees: 15 minutes to 20 minutes or warmed through
- Microwave Instructions*: 4-5 minutes or until soft
Potatoes au Gratin:
- In the Oven: 300 degrees: 40 minutes to 1 hour
- Microwave Instructions*: 4-5 minutes or until hot
Most Appetizer Bites:
