Too busy to cook a Holiday Feast? Make it a French Gourmet Holiday… We’ll do the cooking, you take the credit!

Ordering made easy:

  • For Best selection and ease of service, please place your order early. We strongly recommend you arrive at your requested pickup time.
  • Bring a copy of your order with you as well as your order number, which will be assigned to you.
  • Your order will be packed in disposable containers. We suggest bringing an empty cooler yo keep your whole freshly roasted turkey warm during transit.

How to Reheat Your Feast:

Turkey:
  • In the Oven: 250 degrees: 45 minutes to 1 hour (no longer)
  • Microwave Instructions*: Not recommended
Beef Wellington:
  • In the Oven: Reheat: 275 degrees: 30 minutes
  • In the Oven: Bake to Cook: 350 degrees: 35 minutes
  • Microwave Instructions*: Not recommended
Braised Short Ribs:
  • In the Oven: 350 degrees: 15 minutes to 20 minutes
  • Microwave Instructions*: Not recommended
Mashed Potatoes, Yams and Stuffing:
  • In the Oven: 275 degrees: 20 minutes to 30 minutes
  • Microwave Instructions*: 10-12 minutes or until hot
Green Beans and other Vegetables:
  • In the Oven: 250 degrees: 15 minutes to 20 minutes
  • Microwave Instructions*: 2-3 minutes
Brie en Croute:
  • In the Oven: 250 degrees: 15 minutes to 20 minutes or warmed through
  • Microwave Instructions*: 4-5 minutes or until soft
Potatoes au Gratin:
  • In the Oven: 300 degrees: 40 minutes to 1 hour
  • Microwave Instructions*: 4-5 minutes or until hot
Most Appetizer Bites:
  • In the Oven: 250 degrees: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
  • Microwave Instructions*: 4-5 minutes or until warm/hot

*Remember to remove all aluminum foil before placing in the microwave

All Holiday Feast dishes at The French Gourmet are served cold, and ready to reheat A PART for the Diestel Turkeys, which are served Freshly baked for your own pleasure.
