Nestled in the rolling hills of western Paso Robles lies the home of Deodoro Cellars. At this intimate, cozy winery we handcraft wines in astonishingly small quantities, lavishing care and thoughtfulness in the creation of wines with expressive, distinctive varietal character.
Our aim is to deliver that elusive nectar which pairs well with your scrumptious cuisine, yet at the same time is gloriously savored without accompaniment.
In this we have succeeded, you are invited to revel in and relish our accomplishments with appreciative friends and family. Being wine aficionados you delight in discovering small, as yet unheralded labels.
As such, Deodoro wines are not found via major distributors. Instead you are encouraged to visit our charming location on weekends in Paso Robles, or purchase through our sole San Diego-based partner.
